Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary (7-21 business days) depending on destination. Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location. Please get in touch with us to discuss via our contact page.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

Delivery

Gromitz 1999 is not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

If your order is undeliverable and returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Gromitz 1999 Baby Bibs may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The bibs are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The return is initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Items marked as “final sale” (if applicable) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Proof of defect (e.g., photos) are required to process the return.

Return Process
